Content engine for a local service

01

Who

A traditional local service. Owner not technical, but enough of a ChatGPT user to wonder where AI could help him. Cold outreach and phone calls were the only inbound. The website existed to hold a domain — nothing more.

02

The conversation

He came with curiosity, not a brief. He'd been using ChatGPT enough to suspect there was something there for him. On the call, the picture filled in: cold outreach, phone calls, no inbound traffic at all. The site was a placeholder. The angle surfaced together — his industry mapped onto very specific keywords nobody else was hunting.

03

What we outlined

A second conversation went into the build. Rebuild the site so it could carry weight. Then a content engine on top — articles he could review and validate before publishing, in a CMS simplified to his actual workflow rather than a full editorial stack. Cadence calibrated so Google didn't flag the AI-generated content: a few articles a week or month, not a flood.

04

Delivery

Site rebuilt, content engine running behind it. Articles arriving on a calibrated cadence, queued in a simplified CMS shaped for his workflow — review, refine, approve. First inbound building inside weeks.
