Prospecting engine for a SaaS

01

Who

A SaaS team selling into the restaurant industry. Smart sales people, real product.

02

The conversation

They knew exactly what they wanted: turn lookup into a click. The diagnostic was already done internally — Excel + manual research per restaurant, 30 minutes a target, talented people doing intern work. The conversation was less about surfacing and more about scoping how deep the enrichment should go.

03

What we outlined

A dashboard layer over public data: Pappers registry lookups, Facebook surface scan, OSINT-style enrichment. Each target lands with context already attached. Outreach drafts pre-loaded with what makes the contact relevant.

04

First delivery

Dashboard live with the first integrations — Pappers + Facebook mapping. Manual research collapsed from thirty minutes per target to seconds.

05

What unfolded

// What a Residency looks like in practice.

  • Pappers + Facebook were the first sources. Three more public layers got plugged in over the following weeks.
  • Sales team came back asking for a 'recently funded' filter — added in days.
  • Lead routing went automatic — an internal scoring algorithm now picks the right sales rep for each new lead.
  • The Excel sheet stopped being opened. The tool replaced the habit.
